Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we' would love to help. Unfortunately, unless the artwork you purchased was damaged during the shipping process, we will not offer you a refund. Please see our Policy in its’ entirety below.

All original artwork sales are final, with the exception of some merchandise items, including but not limited to, t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, and other items with individual sizes. These items may only be returned if the size chosen did not fit you properly after shipment and receipt of the product. Merchandise items WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR ANY REASON. However, you have the option to receive store credit, or switch the item purchased for one of a different size.

You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a 20 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

In order to receive a full or partial refund on damaged Original Artwork, you must have a video recording of the opening your shipment.

To ensure the safe delivery of your artwork, we take extreme precautions in our packaging. We understand that our precautions may not always suffice. However, we ask that you have recorded proof of your shipment being unpacked to ensure no customer tampering.

Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your right to a full or partial refund. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer store credit. Regardless, every situation is unique, and we strongly encourage you to reach out to us if any problem arises.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
